Self-Exclusion & Account Closure

Self-Exclusion Periods Available

What Happens During Self-Exclusion

Lifting a Self-Exclusion

When a fixed-period exclusion expires, your account will not be automatically reactivated. You must contact our support team and undergo a 24-hour cooling-off reflection period before access is restored. Permanent exclusions cannot be lifted under any circumstances.
A permanent self-exclusion is an irreversible decision. Once processed, your pukluck account cannot be reopened under any circumstances.
