Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pukluck platform and all associated services. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pukluck. Access to or use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms regardless of whether you have read them.
18+ Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pukluck. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to persons under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
Right to Amend
pukluck reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Check this page periodically for updates.
Bangladesh Jurisdiction
These Terms are written and applied with Bangladesh players as the primary audience. All monetary amounts in these Terms are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the pukluck website, mobile platform, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person who interacts with any part of the Platform's services. These Terms shall be read in conjunction with pukluck's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.
pukluck reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the publication of the updated Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. It is your sole responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified Terms.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall refer to such entity.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated on 1 January 2026. If you registered before this date, please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of pukluck after this date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
Use of the pukluck Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an account:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
- You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not in any professional trading or commercial capacity.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when registering or placing bets.
- You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of pukluck or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
Age Verification
pukluck takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, all players are required to submit valid government-issued identification documents confirming their date of birth before withdrawals are processed and, in some cases, before certain deposit thresholds are reached. Accepted identification documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an official Bangladeshi authority.
If pukluck has reasonable grounds to believe that a registered user may be under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately, freeze all funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account if underage status is confirmed. Any winnings accumulated while underage will be forfeited in their entirety, and the deposited balance will be returned to the payment source where operationally possible.
If you suspect that a person under the age of 18 is accessing pukluck, please contact our support team immediately at support@pukluck. We cooperate fully with parental control software providers and will assist with blocking access where requested.
Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of pukluck services, including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You may only register one account per person — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Registration Requirements
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Your mobile number must be a valid Bangladeshi number registered in your own name, as it is used for two-factor authentication (2FA) and transaction verification via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pukluck will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
KYC Documentation
As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures, pukluck may require you to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your account's life cycle:
- A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
- Proof of the payment method used (screenshot of mobile wallet transaction history)
- A selfie photograph holding your ID document for liveness verification
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until the documentation is provided and verified.
Registering more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus funds forfeited. Only the original account's verified deposit balance may be returned, at pukluck's sole discretion.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on pukluck are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). pukluck does not hold player funds in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported local payment channels.

Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used to make the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of player funds. Withdrawals to a different mobile wallet number than the one used for deposits will require additional verification.
pukluck reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods, including BPL and IPL match days, may experience processing times at the higher end of the stated ranges. All withdrawal timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
Funds deposited via any payment method must be used for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds and immediately requesting a withdrawal without any gaming activity constitutes a violation of these Terms and may trigger an AML review.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours may not begin processing until the next working day. KYC-verified accounts with a positive transaction history are prioritised for faster processing.
Bonuses & Promotions
pukluck offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each individual offer. The general bonus conditions set out below apply to all promotions unless an individual offer's terms state otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
- All bonuses must be claimed within the promotional period specified in the individual offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
- Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms. Typical wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus. Any bonus funds remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
- Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates towards wagering requirements. Live casino tables typically contribute at 10% of each bet; sports betting contributes at 100% of qualifying settled bets on odds of 1.70 or higher. Individual offer terms will specify applicable contribution rates.
- pukluck reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured for the remainder of the stated validity period.
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit only. Welcome bonuses cannot be claimed on subsequent deposits. Players who close and re-open accounts are not eligible for welcome bonus re-offers.
- Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
Welcome Bonus
New players at pukluck are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a deposit match bonus, meaning the bonus amount awarded will equal a specified percentage of the qualifying deposit, up to the stated maximum. pukluck uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (bonus hedging), coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the pukluck Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to make deposits. Attempting to reverse legitimate transactions via chargeback mechanisms after withdrawing corresponding winnings.
- Money laundering: Using pukluck as a vehicle for laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. pukluck is required to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
- Match fixing and collusion: Placing bets based on inside knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting outcomes. Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics, particularly in live poker or live casino contexts.
- Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to place bets or interact with the Platform without human oversight.
- Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through a demonstrable software error may be voided at pukluck's discretion.
- Underage access: Registering an account or allowing a person under 18 years of age to use your account.
- Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under false information.
- Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing pukluck support staff or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.
pukluck operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, match fixing, and money laundering. All suspicious activity is investigated thoroughly. Where evidence of criminal conduct is identified, pukluck will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally without prior notice to the account holder.
Account Suspension & Closure
pukluck reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing
- Chargebacks or payment disputes raised against pukluck by the account holder
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a balance of ৳0
- Confirmed underage status of the account holder
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request
Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting pukluck's support team via live chat or email. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Accounts closed at the player's request due to responsible gaming concerns will be treated as self-exclusion and will not be reinstated for a minimum period of six months.
Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. pukluck will notify the account holder by email prior to applying any inactive account policy. Where an inactive account carries a positive BDT balance, an administrative fee of ৳50 per month may be deducted after the initial 12-month inactivity period to cover ongoing account maintenance costs. The balance will not be reduced below ৳0 by administrative fees, and any remaining balance will be returned upon account reactivation following identity verification.
If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, you can request a self-exclusion at any time by contacting support. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pukluck, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings as a result of Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials
- Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions
- Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or bet settlements caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services due to circumstances beyond pukluck's reasonable control, including acts of God, government orders, telecommunications failures, or DDoS attacks
In all cases, pukluck's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pukluck Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, website design, text, software, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of pukluck or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from pukluck.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration wherever possible. By using the Platform, you agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of pukluck shall be conducted in English.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
